Function:
Uni-conical segment curing press is used to cure/vulcanize redial and bias regular tyres with uni-conical segmented molds. It is designed with segment presses which provide tighter uniformity, allow for more complex and deeper tread designs, and result in an appearance similar to new tires. The casing is measured and selected for a precise fit into the mold and is cured to certain times based on the tread design selected.
Features:
1. Replaceable mold in certain range.
2. Designed with frame structure, bear high internal pressure.
3. Both PLC and manual control available.
4. Multi- interlock, safe operation.
